- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Repair or replace damaged equipment as needed
- Install and maintain antivirus and security software at the user level
- Test and evaluate new hardware and software solutions
- Provide user support and serve as the first point of contact for IT issues and error reporting
- 2+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
- A+, Linux+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proven problem‑solving abilities
