The individual is an energetic, experienced professional who can work both individually and with a team. This position will be in Bangalore, India and will report to the Technical Manager.

Job Duties
- Design and develop power electronics for high‑frequency three‑phase and single‑phase online UPS systems.
- Oversee the assembly and integration of electronic prototypes.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation.
- Manage assigned projects from concept through commercialisation.
- Develop and validate power stages and perform detailed design verification testing (including regulation, programming accuracy, transient performance, etc.).
- Implement upgrades and new features for existing product lines.
- Provide engineering support, including troubleshooting hardware issues and identifying root causes; proposing corrective actions; evaluating hardware and recommending improvements; and processing product documentation (schematics, BOMs, assembly drawings, ECOs, etc.).
- Conduct product evaluation testing and generate formal summary reports.
- BE / BTech in Electrical / Electronic Engineering; a master’s degree is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience developing power conversion products (UPS, battery chargers, AC drives)
- High-frequency magnetics design
- Experience with EMI/EMC mitigation techniques.
- Experience working with analogue, digital, and microcontroller circuits.
