We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our hiring process. This role is suitable for freshers or early career candidates who are comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel, and the internet for basic research and coordination.
The main responsibility will be to review job applications, organize candidate information, and help identify suitable profiles for open roles based on guidance from the hiring manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming job applications for specific roles
- Screen candidate profiles based on instructions provided by the hiring manager
- Search for potential candidates on LinkedIn and other job platforms
- Maintain candidate lists and basic tracking in Excel
- Organize and update application records
- Help identify and collect new candidate profiles for open positions
- Follow internal recruitment processes and training guidelines
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and online job platforms
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Good internet research skills
- Ability to follow instructions and processes carefully
- Basic written communication skills in English
