Medical Imaging Technologist - Mammographer

This position is for a fixed term for 6 months, working full-time hours. Our successful candidate will be enthusiastic, knowledgeable and motivated with an in-depth understanding of mammography and breast imaging including Stereotactic and Vacuum assisted biopsies and excisions. There is the opportunity to do some general radiography shifts if you want to continue to work in that scope.
As our ideal candidate you'll be an experienced Medical Imaging Technologist with:
- Registration with the NZMRTB and a current APC
- At least 3 years' clinical experience performing mammograms
- A patient-focused attitude with high technical skills and the ability to provide exceptional patient care
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and also be comfortable working independently
