Job Summary
Manage and grow food categories by maximizing productivity per square foot and driving creative merchandising initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies.
- Improve productivity per sqft and sales performance.
- Manage assortments, promotions, and space planning.
- Initiate brand partnerships and creative campaigns.
- Analyze sales and stock performance.
- Prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail, or related field.
- 5–8 years’ experience in a reputable confectionery / food retail brand
- Proven leadership skills.
- Excellent commercial mindset, analytical skills, creativity.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally & overseas.
- Flexible to work extended hours when required.
