We’re Hiring: Mid‑Level Business Analyst (eCommerce / Digital)

We’re looking for a midlevel Business Analyst to join our growing digital/eCommerce team. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, care deeply about UX/UI and user journeys and want to take real ownership of delivery and outcomes, this could be for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse and document business requirements with a strong focus on UX, UI and end‑to‑end customer journeys
  • Manage and de‑escalate client concerns with confidence and professionalism
  • Support the day‑to‑day running of the team, ensuring high‑quality delivery outputs
  • Work closely with a Senior Business Analyst who will mentor and guide you
  • Help grow and manage the product through strong process, prioritisation and collaboration
  • Liaise with stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Coordinate vendors and support third‑party integrations (exposure to integrations is a plus)

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or software environment
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI and user journeys (eCommerce experience beneficial, not essential)
  • Comfortable multitasking and adapting in a fast‑paced environment
  • Process‑driven, delivery‑focused and eager to take ownership
  • Confident communicator who can work with both technical and non‑technical teams
  • Willingness to be mentored and grow into increased responsibility

Our 1700+ stores, representing 18000+ points, are supported from our Branches throughout South Africa (Cape Town, Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha, Durban, Bloemfontein, Midrand and Windhoek).
