We are on the search for our next superstar to join our team and are looking for a dedicated and passionate NDIS Accounts Officer! This role is based in our Osborne Park office. If you're enthusiastic about making a difference, we'd love to hear from you!



About the role


This position is responsible for the financial and reporting requirements of the NDIS client base, from client setup and costing/quoting of plans through to tracking and claiming for services delivered. In this role, you will work closely with the Area Managers, Engagement team, and the NDIS Optimisation and Strategy Advisor to ensure individual plans are utilised to their full potential, and to assist with reporting requirements as needed.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with participant profile setup;
  • Ensuring client details/records are maintained and accurate across company systems;
  • Performing weekly payment claims and reconciliations for applicable participants;
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries;
  • Providing an accurate and timely update of participants’ plan trackers;
  • Generating costings for proposed rosters and in support of NDIS planning reviews;
  • Assisting with high complex quoting processes and supporting documentation as required by the NDIA
  • Provide monthly reporting to clients and internal staff, or as and when required.



About you


To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

  • Proven experience in an NDIS accounts-related role, with a working knowledge of NDIS funding and the disability sector
  • A minimum of 2+ years of NDIS experience is required for this role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail


Mandatory requirements

  • National Police Certificate completed within the last 3 months
  • Valid work rights in Australia are required for this position
