Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Office Administrator ensures the Firm’s lawyers have the resources and support necessary to provide excellent service to clients. In collaboration with Office and Firm leadership, the Office Administrator manages support functions in the office, providing oversight to support personnel, human resources, financial services, technology, facilities, records, and other day-to-day operations of the office; ensures compliance with Firmwide policies, relevant government statutes and regulations; works closely with lawyers to meet evolving practice needs; and manages office budgetary goals. The Office Administrator expects to lead teams and projects effectively, troubleshoot operational issues and communicate effectively on behalf of the Firm and Office. The Office Administrator maintains a positive and respectful work environment, mentors staff members in the performance of their duties, and fosters an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on management experience with increasing responsibility and demonstrated leadership capability.
- Experience in a multi-office law firm or professional services firm.
