- an experienced pastry chef with an unique vision that will compliment our cuisine
- at least three years of experience at a reputable restaurant
- strong sense of urgency
- desire to learn and improve on the craft
- experience with developing bread program a plus
- strong communication skills
- experience with pasta making a must
- ability to work well in a small team dynamic
