- Design next generation automotive Inverters and DC-DC converters including schematic, simulation, thermal analysis, PCB layout, circuit tolerance and worst-case analysis.
- Design gate drivers for SiC/Si MOSFETs and IGBTs.
- Design switch mode power supplies (Flyback, Buck, Boost, SEPIC).
- Prepare and review design documentation for product release including specifications, schematics and bill of materials.
- Define hardware-software and communication interfaces (CAN, LIN etc.), specifying and performing circuit design validation tests and component sourcing activities.
- Support project and quality management activities.
- Validation of electronic components.
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related area.
- Experience in Power Electronics Hardware Design.
- Experience with Altium Designer or similar PCB design software.
- Experience with digital and analog circuits.
- Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English.
