该职位来源于猎聘【岗位职责】： 1. 负责运维平台架构开发，包括容器平台、监控二次开发、资源管理工具和流程系统等。 2. 具备良好的工具平台化意识，能够根据需求和问题实现标准化，支持多个产研线，提升工作效率。 3. 具有良好的运维流程与规范意识，协助SRE推动稳定性建设。 4. 探索和研究前沿的运维技术，持续优化和改进现有方案。【岗位要求】： 1. 大学统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先。 2. 3年以上运维开发经验。 3. 熟悉Agile或Scrum方法论，能够在敏捷环境中高效工作。 4. 精通Python或Go至少一种编程语言，并有独立项目开发经验。 5. 熟悉运维相关知识，如网络、Linux/Windows、Kubernetes等。 6. 熟悉常用的运维工具（如Ansible、Puppet、Chef、Kubernetes等），具有自动化运维经验。 7. 具备良好的团队合作精神，善于沟通，具有跨团队协作的经验。 8. 能接受驻场工作。【加分项】： 1. 拥有前端开发能力。 2. 具有中大规模互联网线上运维经验者优先。 3. 有DevOps产品或自动化运维产品开发经验者优先。
