How will you make an impact in this role?

The Network & Acquirer Capabilities & Data (NACD) team within GMNS Product works to deliver a full-scale modernization of network including delivering new

digital products such as Debit, Local networks, QR, Tokenization that enable our network of the future to meet the evolving demands of global payment networks and adapt to local needs while ensuring continued global interoperability. This enables the Enterprise to attract new customers, operate in new markets, react to changing regulatory demands, and process new types of payments.

This Quality Assurance Analyst is tasked for building and enhancing the quality assurance team test case and framework including executing automation tools to test multiple products (credit, debit, digital payment products) and specifications, setting and delivering against quality and time to market strategy. Partner closely with the product teams and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver hands-free testing, defect triaging and leveraging monitoring tools for producing accurate Testing metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes business test plans and test cases, ensure delivery of various testing phases, including User Acceptance, Regression, and Performance Testing
  • Create Ai assisted test scripts for evaluating the service or product's usability, dependability, and quality.
  • Use AI to advise, carry out, and keep track of preventative and corrective measures to guarantee that quality assurance criteria are met
  • Identifies, documents, and tracks software defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues
  • Performs manual and automated testing to ensure software functionality and quality using Ai based tools.
  • Supports the development and execution of automation strategies within a continuous integration/continuous deployment environment
  • Monitors and analyzes quality assurance metrics such as defect counts, test results, and test status
  • Collaborates and co-creates effectively with teams in product and the business to align technology initiatives with business objectives
  • Collect and examine statistical information
  • During the testing process, make sure that Stakeholder expectations are satisfied
  • Continually make sure software changes going to production are adhering to quality and industry regulatory requirements

Minimum

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing, Application programming interface testing, accessibility testing, user interface testing, and relevant frameworks.
  • Payments industry experience, preferably including understanding of Network and payment technology and processes for debit/credit processing and policy and operations.
  • Experience in quality scanning tools, ability to baseline and measure on-going quality metrics, and display via Dashboards
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and practices.
  • Comfortable in working in a complex and highly matrixed organizations
  • Outstanding communicator with the ability to translate complicated business needs into technical requirements that can be delivered by technology teams and influence and drive decisions within cross-functional teams.
  • High intellectual curiosity, with excellent creative and critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong comfort in dealing with ambiguity.
  • High energy, an optimistic attitude, and a good sense of humor

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred
  • Testing related certifications like but not limited to QAI, ASQ, IIST, ISEB, ISTQB is a plus.
  • Experience in using and managing quality framework and automation tools is preferred
  • Experience in AI assisted Software Development Life Cycle (test, defect, reporting and metrics, etc.) is preferred
  • Experience in building and managing AI assisted quality framework and automation tools is preferred
