工作职责:
Responsibilities：
Perform inspection; troubleshooting and test per appropriate manuals and regulations as required on aircraft.
Ensure all the work has been correctly recorded in the relevant system (ALB, NC, SAP, ESAO….).
Ensure the aircraft is ready for milestone (FOT; PFFM; H/O; TAC….).
Check out for production flight line qualification.
Support internal and external Audit.
Other Responsibilities As Requested.
Main activities:PRODUCTON PHASE
Before FOT
Ensure the FOT on quality on time.
Prepare weighing checklist, go on the A/C to check the weighing and balance list in order to make sure the A/C furnishings and equipment are correctly installed in according with requirement.
Attend Pre-FOT meeting and prepare the documents and folder for GTIs in flightline
On FOT Day
Attend FOT meeting to make decision of the A/C is clear for release to flightline.
Open TLB and transfer STD and Folio items to TLB.
Weigh the A/C and archive the result.
Attest the A/C configuration is ready for STATIC and Engine Run. Such as refueling, Oxy Check, pre-first Engine run inspection.
A/C STATIC And Engine RUN
Perform STATIC Check including all system check such as Hydraulic, Flight control, Avionic, Electric, Cabin, Oxygen, Communication, Fuel, etc.
Perform APU De-storage and Engine Cranking.
Carry out Engine De-storage and High Power Assurance.
Do Compass Check and Low Speed Taxi Check
Perform Post Test Inspection
Post Engine run inspection and daily remaining actions.
TLB check
Prepare and attend PFFM (pre-first flight meeting) to present A/C to EVR.
PFFM Flight Condition Approval and First Flight
Prepare pre/post flight inspection for RTO (Reject Take Off), First Flight and Check Flight.
Perform standard work.
H/O (Hand over) to ATDC
Verify all jobs and documents in preparation for H/O such as WO, NC, QSR, FOLIO, TLB, ESAO, Intervention Card, etc.
Declare the A/C Ready for next phase.
Attend H/O meeting and offer the operation log parameters to EVR.
CUSTOMER PHASE
Work together with CIM, CADM, EVR, CONFIRMITY, and MAP to support A/C delivery.
Inspect pre/post Customer Acceptance Flight.
Standard maintenance activities in customer phase.
Prepare A/C for Technical Acceptance (TAC).
After EASA Form 52 issued, perform all the maintenance activities under AP2145 released by Conformity.
Pre Ferry Flight inspection after TOT (Transfer of Title) and EASA Form 53 issued by conformity.
Ferry
Quality are in standby for minimum 1 hour after takeoff.
Others
Check out for production flight line qualification.
Perform surveillance for production.

Requirements：
Master or Bachelor degree with aviation specialty.
Above 2 years related working experience in avionic, test or quality.
High Flexibility To Work In Other Teams/functions When Needed.
Good knowledge and skills in Production Organization and Quality System.
Good knowledge and skills in Airbus documents system.
Strong problem solving ability and stress resistance.
Good communication and negotiation skill in English.
Self-motivated and self-directed.
Team player.
Able to work on normal/late/night shifts.
