As an HR-Employee Relations , you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and managing the relationship between the organization and its employees. Your role involves handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, implementing disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. You will play a crucial role in maintaining employee morale and minimizing risk, specifically within a remote/virtual assistant workforce.

Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Handle and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and workplace conflicts in a timely and impartial manner.
- Disciplinary Actions: Draft and administer disciplinary documents (e.g., Notice to Explain, Warnings, Termination Notices) and conduct due process hearings.
- Policy Interpretation: Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook to staff and management to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Investigation: Conduct thorough internal investigations regarding policy violations, behavioral issues, or harassment claims.
- Performance Management Support: Guide managers on proper documentation for Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and corrective actions.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing virtual engagement activities to boost morale and retention among remote staff.
- Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback, analyze turnover trends, and facilitate the clearance process.
- Advisory: Provide counsel to supervisors and management regarding employee relations issues to mitigate legal risks.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of all employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Administrative Support: Perform other related HR or administrative support tasks as needed.
Employee Relations Virtual Assistance, focused on managing the employee lifecycle with a focus on retention, compliance, and workplace harmony.
- Specialized in: (e.g., Conflict Resolution, Disciplinary Action, Policy Implementation, Grievance Handling, Labor Law Compliance, Employee Retention)
- Ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Mitigating risks through proper due process and documentation.
- Bridging communication gaps between management and the virtual workforce.
- Fostering a healthy and productive remote work culture.
Location: Must be residing within the Philippines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a relevant field.
- At least two (2) years of experience in an Employee Relations or HR Generalist role with a heavy focus on ER.
- Strong knowledge of due process, labor codes, and standard disciplinary procedures.
- Preferably has experience handling Employee Relations for Virtual Assistants or within the BPO/remote staffing industry.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and neutrality.
- Can work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with high confidentiality.
- Available for full-time work.
