- Responsible for renewal & retention.
- Handling monthly renewals.
- Ensure that renewals are closed on a timely basis.
- Sharing monthly reports (in required format) with the HOD.
- Handling renewal related escalations and queries.
- The Renewal Representative will be responsible for actively engaging clients in pursuit of continued renewal of accounts.
- Build relationships and negotiate with existing clients, being the go-to account manager for clients and partners.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of maintenance renewal quotes.
- Communicate with the Distributor and the OEM and get timely quotes from them.
- Demonstrates the ability to personally plan for achievement of performance goals and exceed quota for the assigned work.
- Maintain accurate forecast and activities for assigned tasks in the CRM.
- Leverage cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Achieve quarterly assigned renewal quotas.
- Delivering an excellent customer experience while effectively executing renewal plans.
- Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals.
- Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.
