How you’ll add real value:
- Commercial mindset and analytical thinking - deliver mind blowing KPI’s by driving sales and service on the shopfloor, use all the data available to propose action to maximise an outstanding store performance
- Obsession for amazing service - ensure the retail team has expert knowledge to provide support and guidance, creating an experience in store that the customers can’t wait to tell their friends and family about

- Exceptional organisation - understand what the objectives are and how to deliver them, delegate effectively, take steps to ensure the store is running smoothly and safely
- A salary of £27,277 per year
