Job Title: Field Safety Administrator
We are seeking a Field Safety Administrator to support safety operations across active construction job sites in North Texas. This highly visible role will work closely with field teams and leadership to promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance, and support incident prevention efforts.

We are seeking a Field Safety Administrator to support safety operations across active construction job sites in North Texas. This highly visible role will work closely with field teams and leadership to promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance, and support incident prevention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing site-specific safety plans
- Conduct jobsite inspections and observe work practices to improve safety performance
- Support incident response, reporting, and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and federal safety regulations
- Coordinate drug testing, medical response, and safety documentation
- Assist with pre-task planning, permits (confined space, hot work), and safety audits
- Participate in safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and GC safety walks
- Promote near-miss reporting and track corrective actions
- Maintain safety records, reports, and audit data (Procore, iAuditor, etc.)
- Support safety training initiatives including OSHA 10/30 coordination
- Experience in construction or industrial safety preferred
- OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain OSHA 501)
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
