Senior Aviation Sales Manager – Rotables
Industry: Aviation Aftermarket / MRO / Component Trading
Level: Senior (5+ Years Experience)
ASC Global is expanding into aviation aftermarket sales and we’re looking for a high-performance Senior Aviation Sales Manager who knows how to move rotables, manage pressure, and close.
This is not a passive account management role. This is a full-desk, high-activity sales position for someone who understands the speed, urgency, and margins of the aviation component market.
If you’ve worked with rotables and know how to win RFQs, negotiate hard, and build relationships with airlines and MROs - this will feel familiar.
Run your own high-activity aviation sales desk
Manage and respond to RFQs for rotable components (LRUs, avionics, hydraulics)
Drive new business through outbound prospecting and account development
Own the full sales cycle: sourcing → quoting → negotiation → close
Build and maintain relationships with airlines, MROs, and aviation buyers
Negotiate pricing, availability, and margins in time-sensitive deals
Work closely with sourcing, logistics, and operations teams to execute orders
Track market demand, availability, and pricing trends across components
Treat your book of business like your own operation
5+ years of experience in aviation component sales or trading
Strong experience with rotables (LRUs, avionics, hydraulics, etc.)
Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
Confident handling RFQs and negotiating in fast-moving environments
Strong commercial instincts and margin awareness
Ability to manage multiple deals across regions and time zones
Self-driven, competitive, and comfortable working with autonomy
CRM and Excel proficiency
