As a Sales Engineer your main role is to help sell to new prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also provide after-sales support, handle technical inquiries, and assist with preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist sales execs by preparing tailored solutions for potential clients
  • Collaborate on planning and executing strategic deals
  • Align solutions with customer requirements and pain points
  • Create compelling presentations and demos to showcase value
  • Gather and analyze competitor intelligence
  • Deliver after-sales support: installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting
  • Promote additional after-sales services

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering course.
  • Must be proficient in Oral and Written communication.
  • Must possess customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Applicants must be willing to do fieldwork in construction projects either in Metro Manila or provincial sites.
