The Specialist will also be ensuring our Care Partners feel engaged as employees, monitor their well-being and offer support or referrals to those who need any. Continued success in this role lies in the willingness and ability to collaborate and work cohesively with team members, Care Partners, our participants, and their loved ones.
A Qualified Candidate:
- Associate’s Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED Required
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to handle multitasking in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Collaborative and team oriented.
Part Time: Participation in on-call rotation schedule
