Ensure optimal recoveries, mitigation of legal and operational risks, disciplined execution, agility in disputes/arbitrations, and robust governance—contributing directly to the expected returns of the Funds at exit.

Expected Results:
Manage, end-to-end, portfolios of tails (earnouts, escrows, retentions, installments, and contingent credits). Ensure optimal recoveries, mitigation of legal and operational risks, disciplined execution, agility in disputes/arbitrations, and robust governance—contributing directly to the expected returns of the Funds at exit.

Expected Results:
- Tail portfolio management and monitoring.
- Financial recovery and legal-operational execution.
- Mitigation of legal, contractual, and accounting risks.
- Contingency management and pricing.
- Relationship and stakeholder management.
- Continuous improvement and process standardization.
- Strong legal expertise (M&A, contract analysis, arbitration and/or litigation).
- Analytical rigor, especially in quantifying and assessing contingencies vs. expected returns.
- Experience in litigation management (via partner law firms) and legal cost control.
- Excellent organizational skills, particularly with documentation and process discipline.
- Fluent English.
- Bachelor’s degree (Law)
