
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers—handling inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Manage customer setup, service coordination, and ongoing communication
- Support collections efforts, including tracking, follow-up, and maintaining customer relationships
- Assist with high-volume invoicing, including PO matching and documentation accuracy
- Coordinate service jobs and ensure accurate records
- Maintain data in Salesforce and internal systems
- Perform light AR/AP data entry, as needed.
- Assist with reporting and general office functions
- 5+ years of office/administrative experience
- Strong background in customer service, collections, communication, and invoicing support
- Experience in commercial construction, roofing, HVAC, manufacturing, or similar industry preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow
Location: Yonkers, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office)
