Are you a strong leader with a passion for customer service and operational excellence? We are on the search for a strong leader that has a good understanding of how an Automotive workshop should run.

Keith Andrews Trucks, NZ’s largest Fuso dealership and a key supplier of Freightliner and Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles, is looking for a Service Manager to lead our Hamilton team.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll manage a high-performing service department, build strong customer relationships, and ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage the service team to deliver outstanding results and top-tier customer service.
• Ensure efficient workflow, correct allocation of staff and resources, and high-quality workmanship.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, providing technical support and training as needed.
• Monitor and drive performance to meet financial and operational targets.
• Champion health, safety, and environmental best practices.
• Oversee team development, apprenticeships, and staff training programmes.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge across Fuso, Freightliner, and Mercedes-Benz brands.
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Proven leadership experience in a service or workshop environment – MUST BE IN automotive or heavy transport
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Class 4/5 Driver License preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• A customer-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• A proactive, hands-on leader who can inspire and mentor a team.
