ABOUT HAYS ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS
Hays Enterprise Solutions manages and strategically develops a defined portfolio of global clients across all Hays service lines and geographies — working at the C-suite level to increase market share, expand geographic reach, and deepen client loyalty. Our Outsource Services portfolio spans Managed Service Programs (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), covering everything from product development and sales through delivery, supplier management, governance, compliance, and technology.
OUR NEW ROLE
We are seeking a Recruitment Sourcer to support our RPO partnership with a leading renewable energy company. In this role, you will play a key part in working with recruiters and hiring managers to develop innovative sourcing strategies that identify and attract top talent to a growing, mission-driven business. You will develop, implement, and execute a broad sourcing and outreach strategy — and think creatively about how to build a candidate pipeline that goes beyond the obvious.
WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
Your focus is the top of the funnel — making sure the right candidates find their way into the process. You’ll combine creative research, strategic outreach, and strong relationship-building to keep a diverse and qualified pipeline moving for a client operating at pace in the renewable energy sector.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Partner with recruiters and the business to develop a diverse candidate pipeline across roles and disciplines
- Identify prospects through strong research using a variety of sourcing platforms and strategies — job boards, social media, technical schools, military recruitment, community networking, and more
- Create, maintain, and track strategic partnerships with external groups and organizations
- Review and qualify the active candidate pipeline, ensuring quality and consistency of submissions
Candidate Engagement & Recruiter Partnership
- Execute tactical outreach and craft custom messaging that resonates with passive candidates
- Work with recruiters to define and maintain an accurate understanding of role requirements, hiring challenges, and organizational context
- Partner with schedulers and recruiters to ensure a seamless, candidate-first experience at every stage
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of technical sourcing expertise in a high-volume or specialized recruiting environment
- Proficiency in direct sourcing using social media platforms, ATS systems, and other recruiting tools and strategies
- Expert-level internet search and professional networking skills
- Experience in the energy, renewables, or manufacturing sector is a plus
Technical & Functional Skills
- Creative approach to engaging passive talent — you don’t rely on post-and-pray
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build credibility quickly with candidates and internal partners
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational discipline
- Persistent follow-through from first outreach to pipeline handoff
- Comfortable working on-site at [client location]
WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN
- Hourly rate: $30.00/hour
- On-site schedule at [Denver, CO or Houston, TX]
- PTO starting at 22 days, plus 2 floating holidays and 2 volunteer days — top performers earn unlimited PTO
- Competitively priced medical, vision, and dental plans
- 401(k) with guaranteed match and fast-paced vesting schedule
- Continuous training and support through Hays Learning & Development
