AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Data Engineering/ Science.

The Sr. Data Engineering/Science Position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining technical and process standards within the ENG organization. This role ensures that engineering standards, processes, and projects are consistent with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and AGCO quality management systems (QMS).

Your Impact

  • Develop, update, and manage company standards, procedures, and specifications
  • Perform audits to ensure adherence to internal standards, standard operating procedures, and external industry standards (e.g., ISO).
  • Research & Implementation: Stay current on industry developments and emerging technologies to update internal standards and improve operational efficiency
  • Continuously evaluate and improve engineering workflows and systems to enhance productivity and quality
  • Provide training for engineering professionals on updated standards and procedures

Your Experience And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 10-15 years of total experience with minimum 5-10 years relevant experience in engineering design, with an understanding of standard-setting process
  • Deep knowledge of Windchill Architecture
  • Experience in preparing and conducting training sessions
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
