We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in luxury residential projects to lead designs from concept to completion. You will create layouts, prepare construction drawings, select FFE, collaborate with architects and contractors, and ensure every project is delivered to the highest standards.

- Lead client meetings, presentations, and maintain ongoing communication.
- Conceptualize and refine innovative, high-end interior design solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations and BOQs for clients.
- Independently manage luxury residential projects from design to execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and other design professionals.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and uphold premium design standards.
- Own the overall client experience and foster long-term relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 4+ years of experience in luxury residential design(10-15 high-end projects preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and FFE selection.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client management abilities.
- Result-oriented, detail-driven, integrity-focused, and eager to learn.
