System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Maintain system efficiency
• Ensure system design allows all components to work together properly
• Make recommendations for upgrades
• Evaluate and modify system performance
• Three to four years of system administration experience or desktop/server support experience
• Should have good aptitude for troubleshooting desktop and server related issues
• Should have workable knowledge of Windows 2008/2012 Server Technologies
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently as well as in collaboration with a team
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to self-motivate and work in a small-team environment
• Microsoft Certifications MCP / MCSA / MCSE (added advantage)
• Must know Networking/Switching/Access Point/Router

Qualifications
