Tools Design Engineer

工作职责:

主要职责 Main Responsibility

• Responsible for the design, acceptance and improvement of tools and gauges for prototype manufacturing of Coil Spring and Stabilizer (including all related process like hot forging, hot/cold bending, cold coiling, heat treatment, shot peening, painting, test, post bonding, injection, assembly, etc.);
  
  

负责弹簧和稳定杆产品样件生产的相关工装的设计，承认和改善，以及生产工艺涉及的热成型，冷弯，喷丸，喷漆，硫化，装配等工艺需要的工装设计。

• Responsible for preparing and maintaining of the tool list and gauge list;
  
  

负责准备和维护工装和检具相关清单的作业工作

• Responsible for the analysis and improvement of the life time of tools and gauges;
  
  

负责工装和检具生命周期的分析和维护

• Responsible for the solving of related technical issues during trials and production;
  
  

负责试样和量产阶段相关的技术问题解决

• Responsible for the continuously improvement of tools and gauges;
  
  

负责工装检具的持续改善工作

Support the planning of capacity, the process input for project quotation, layout planning and investment application;

支持产能规划，项目报价，产线规划和固定资产投资相关工作

• Comply with the company's OSH policies, compliance policies, etc
  
  

遵守公司OSH和合规的有关规定

• Complete tasks assigned by line manager;
  
  

领导交代的其他任务

任职条件:

任职要求Qualification：

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related subject;
  
  

机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；

• 3 years’ experience in tools design or similar position, automotive industry will be preferred;
  
  

3 年及以上工装设计相关岗位工作经验，有汽车行业从业经历者优先；

• Familiar with tools&gauges design for the manufacturing of Coil Spring and Stabilizer;
  
  

熟悉弹簧、稳定杆产品生产所需工装与检具设计；

• Skilled in GD&T, dimension chain, shrinkage/deforming rate, and AutoCAD. CATIA/Creo/UG will be a plus;
  
  

精通几何尺寸公差（GD&T）、尺寸链、收缩 / 变形系数计算，熟练使用 AutoCAD；会 CATIA、Creo、UG 者优先；

• Practical activities in shop-floor;
  
  

具备现场车间实操相关工作经验；

• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese;
  
  

具备良好的中英文沟通能力。
