Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated Trainee Management Accountant to join their growing remote finance team.
This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, ideal for graduates, career switchers, and candidates looking to build a long-term career in finance, accounting, and business reporting.
You will support financial reporting, budgeting activities, and finance operations while gaining hands-on experience within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparing management accounts and financial reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and finance analysis activities
Help maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
Assist with invoice reviews, reporting, and finance administration
Support month-end processes and reporting tasks
Work closely with senior finance team members on daily operations
Requirements
Interest in finance, accounting, or business operations
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good attention to detail and organisational abilities
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and finance systems
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
No experience required – full training provided
