What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a highly driven, results-oriented sales professional dedicated to identifying, engaging, and securing new, strategic partnerships with our most valuable enterprise clients. You will be responsible for driving new revenue growth by navigating complex organizations, acting as a strategic advisor, and successfully closing large-scale deals for our Practice Information Management System (PIMS), Provet. If you have experience as the top dog of enterprise sales and you’re ready to fetch the most impactful deals, this is the role for you!
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be a collaborative team player, supported by our dedicated enterprise Business Development Representative and Solutions Consultant you’ll spearhead our enterprise sales motion to identify and deliver on our enterprise prospects requirements. You will be the chief deal maker, ensuring that our value proposition is clearly communicated and tailored to address the unique challenges of prospective enterprise clients. Your ability to initiate conversations, manage a robust pipeline, and influence C-level stakeholders with polished gravitas and executive presence will be key to delivering exceptional growth for our business.

About The Role
Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a new business acquisition strategy to drive Provet Cloud’s enterprise expansion within the North American market:
- Become the strategic advisor to our enterprise clients by building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives. Maintain a proactive approach to identifying requirements and adapting to changes. This role involves engaging directly with clients through networking events and client meetings with occasional travel expected to build strong relationships.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver Provet Cloud’s enterprise sales motion, leading regular client engagement, identifying customer requirements, gathering feedback and creating a compelling vision for change.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Provet Cloud, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our internal teams. Provide clear direction and leadership to cross functional teams regarding enterprise deliverables, responsibilities and expectations.
- Lead complex enterprise contract negotiations for new business, including terms, pricing, and master service agreements, ensuring favorable and mutually beneficial long-term partnerships. Supported by our legal team and sales leadership.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value. Help to negotiate contracts and adopt new solutions to achieve mutual success.
- Contribute to our culture of customer obsession by providing the business with strategic insights. You will use your comprehensive understanding of our enterprise clients to influence product direction and prioritize valuable enhancements to be successful.
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management to senior leadership. While maintaining detailed account records in Hubspot.
- Become an expert in our PIMS and the value it provides our customers, keeping up-to-date on the latest product developments and industry trends to engage with our enterprise customers.

- Extensive experience in managing complex deals in SaaS sales, with a focus on Enterprises
- Deep knowledge of Enterprise sales cycle, contract negotiations and sales processes

- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to communicate with C-level and cross-functional decision-makers of Enterprise Accounts
