This position actively guides customers through the paperwork process, ensuring smooth registration, and getting vehicles road-read with ease.
The Main Responsibilities Of a VEHICLE REGISTRATION ASSISTANT Include
- Accountable for Securing Registration files and the Acquisition of Lto papers.
- Monitoring files of Service Vehicle (UAAGI Account, Foton & Company Own Account).
- Handling Registration / Sales Report
- Safe keeping files
- Apply to Lto Accreditation (FMPI, UAAGI, and Co-owned) for Registration of units (MAID).
- Registering units with government agencies such as the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
- Field if necessary.
- A college graduate of 4 - year business course.
- In a Vehicle Registration Assistant position for 1-2 years.
- In possession of a valid driver's license of oneself.
- Excellent in administrative, customer service, and technical skills.
- Able to display strong communication and organizational skills.
