
- Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of a minimum of a master’s degree in the field Counseling, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or Business.
- History in the provision of mental health, substance use disorder, or healthcare services.
- Minimum of six (6) years’ experience as upper-level manager in mental health, chemical dependency treatment, or healthcare administration.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- State of Ohio licensure such as LISW, LPCC, LICDC or their equivalents required.
