Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and analyze legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Manage client matters and maintain strong client relationships.
- Attend court proceedings and represent clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Experience in legal research, writing, and analysis.
- Knowledge of areas such as family law, corporate law, real estate, wills and estates, and insurance defense preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively in a team environment.
