Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $220000.00/yr.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design for hyperscale and colocation data centers from concept through commissioning.
- Shape design strategy to support performance, security, scalability, and client business goals.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Produce and review Revit models, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Present design direction and updates to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Oversee code compliance, permitting, and mission-critical standards.
- Mentor junior team members and support design quality across projects.
- Contribute to proposals, early concepts, and client-facing materials.
- Stay current on data center trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Revit
- Architectural design expertise
- Design development and schematic design
- Construction document proficiency
- 7+ years of experience (3+ years in Data Centers)
- Project management experience
- Construction documentation and administration
- BA/BS in Architecture or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work
- Licensure preferred (RA or on path to licensure)
- Accreditation is a plus
