Data Modeler
We looking for a Data Modeler who needs to work on Insurance domain
Technical Skills:
- Profile datasets, validation of queries, constraints, anomaly checks
- Explore ways to enhance data quality, reliability and perform root cause analysis with focus on MDM
- Define semantic models including building conformed dimensions and shared metrics across domains
- Model entity relationships and cardinality
- Define the keys and constraints
- Define Dimensional models and define grains correctly and keep it consistently.
- Handle slowly changing dimensions and historic data accuracy
- MDM modeling (masters, domains, hierarchy, reference data)
- Defining entity matching/ resolution rules
- Defining merge and survivorship rules
- Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role
- Azure data bricks experience is a plus
- Hands on experience with data modeling tools
- Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java and Python)
- Hands-on experience with SQL database design
- Great numerical and analytical skills
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a master s is a plus
- Data engineering certification is a plus
- Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
