What You Bring
- 3+ years of HRIS experience (ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting HR, payroll, and benefits systems
- Strong HR data reporting and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLookup, Create Pivot Tables, Present Data Visually)
- Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- HRIS integrations or implementation experience
- Payroll processing support experience
- Knowledge of HR compliance and data governance
- Experience supporting multi‑state or multi‑location organizations
HRIS Administration & Optimization
- Administer and configure ADP Workforce Now (workflows, security, validation tables)
- Manage system updates, enhancements, and releases
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS issues
- Troubleshoot payroll, data, and system errors
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Build and maintain HR and payroll reports, dashboards, and audits
- Analyze trends and provide insights to HR leadership
- Support compliance reporting and audits
- Support integrations with benefits, payroll, and third‑party platforms
- Assist with testing and implementation of new HRIS functionality
- Identify opportunities to improve automation and system efficiency
- Document processes and system procedures
- Provide training and guidance to HR and payroll teams
