We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Domo and Snowflake to support enterprise reporting, data strategy, and operational decision-making. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to deliver scalable analytics solutions, actionable insights, and high-impact dashboards.
Work Schedule
Full-time | Onsite Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Remote Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions in Domo
- Build and optimize complex SQL queries, data models, and transformations within Snowflake
- Develop and manage ETL/ELT workflows using Domo Magic ETL and cloud data pipelines
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, operational opportunities, and business risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and data governance standards
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and analytical solutions
- Improve reporting automation, data accuracy, and overall analytics efficiency
- Support executive leadership with ad hoc analysis, forecasting, and strategic reporting
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot reporting or integration issues
- Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake
- Strong experience building dashboards and ETL processes in Domo
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization best practices and KPI development
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Experience with Python, R, or statistical analysis tools
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with dbt, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience supporting finance, operations, marketing, or supply chain analytics
