What You Bring To The Team
✔️ 3+ years of experience in Employee Benefits administration or a related field.
✔️ Active Life & Health (L&H) Insurance license/designation required.
✔️ Experience with BenefitPoint or similar software is a big plus!
✔️ Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills—you thrive in a fast-paced environment!
