What You’ll Do

  • Develop, plan, implement, and evaluate activity programs for residents
  • Lead engaging group and individualized activities that support residents’
    • Spiritual
    • Emotional
    • Recreational
    • Leisure
    • Social needs
  • Create and maintain an activity calendar aligned with resident interests and abilities
  • Promote resident participation, dignity, and overall well-being
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support person-centered care
  • Ensure activities align with Atrium Centers policies and regulatory expectations

What You Bring

  • Minimum of two (2) years experience as an Activities Director in a long-term care or healthcare setting
  • Strong creativity, organization, and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Genuine passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life
  • Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
