What You’ll Do
- Develop, plan, implement, and evaluate activity programs for residents
- Lead engaging group and individualized activities that support residents’
- Spiritual
- Emotional
- Recreational
- Leisure
- Social needs
- Create and maintain an activity calendar aligned with resident interests and abilities
- Promote resident participation, dignity, and overall well-being
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support person-centered care
- Ensure activities align with Atrium Centers policies and regulatory expectations
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as an Activities Director in a long-term care or healthcare setting
- Strong creativity, organization, and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Genuine passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
- Excellent attendance and reliability
