What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and ensure timely completion of MDS documentation
  • Oversee utilization of CAAs and development of accurate care plans
  • Schedule and manage completion of RAI assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Monitor and manage Case Mix results to support appropriate reimbursement
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance


What You Bring

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • 1+ year of long-term care experience
  • MDS Coordinator experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MDS, RAI process, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, dependable, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent attendance and professionalism
