We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for our Partner Data ecosystem and ETL-driven data intake platform. This role partners with business and technical teams to translate needs into clear system requirements that improve data quality, efficiency, and scalability. Responsibilities: Lead requirements discovery; document user stories and acceptance criteria; analyze data flows, integrations, and system logic; identify automation and data quality improvements; investigate issues and recommend solutions; support agile delivery; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders. Qualifications: 5+ years of business or systems analysis experience; strong analytical skills; Excel and SQL proficiency; experience with ETL or data intake systems; agile/Scrum experience; excellent communication skills; availability for 7:30 AM CT meetings. Preferred: Higher education or OPM experience; Jira, Confluence, Salesforce; API and data governance knowledge.
