What You’ll Do
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments as required
- Supervise and support nursing assistants
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and well-being
- Current RN license
- Medication administration and IV certification
- Strong understanding of state rules and regulations
- Reliable attendance, teamwork, and communication skills
- A passion for improving the lives of residents
