What You’ll Do

  • Provide overall leadership and management of the nursing department
  • Plan, develop, implement, and maintain nursing services in accordance with policies and regulations
  • Oversee resident discharge planning and coordination of care transitions
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant nursing documentation and charting
  • Monitor quality of care and promote best clinical practices
  • Participate in surveys, audits, and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership to support resident care and operational success


What You Bring

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) state license; BSN preferred
  • Current CPR Certification
  • 5+ years of long-term care nursing experience
  • 3+ years of nursing leadership or management experience in long-term care preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, dependable, and solution-oriented leadership style
  • Excellent attendance and professional reliability
