
Location: Bellevue – 4 days per week
Pay: $60-65/hr W-2
Type: 12 Month Contract to Start

Must Haves:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related area and experience in computer system development and modification.
- Must have advanced knowledge of capabilities, techniques, and intricacies of information systems.
- Must have the ability to understand and carry out complex technical instructions and requests.
- Must have the ability to analyze and reduce to logical order of more complex technical data, and the ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Must have the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
- Must have at least 5 years of IT business analyst experience.
- Past Electronic Document Management System experience preferred.
- Past Idox Fusion P8 experience greatly preferred.
- Past experience with nuclear regulations, NQA1, and Software Quality Assurance is preferred.
- Strategic Analysis & Planning: Leading initiatives that involve business process re-engineering and identifying risks in proposed IT solutions.
- Complex Requirement Management: Gathering, analyzing, modeling, and tracking complex requirements, including creating process diagrams and user stories to align IT with business strategy.
- System Implementation & Design: Designing and working with IT to deploy software, hardware, or COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) applications.
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Interpreting large datasets and creating advanced data visualizations to guide decision-making.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to explain project outcomes and manage vendor proposals.
- Software Quality Assurance: ensure software products meet quality standards and functional requirements before release by designing, executing, and automating test cases.
