The Built Environment is evolving and DB Engineering is helping to make that happen. We believe building systems should be smarter and that data is the key, so we work with our clients to harvest their own data – in their own environments – for their own use. We work with some of the largest companies and government organizations globally, turning their data into valuable and actionable insights; to save energy, improve comfort, and increase reliability.
DB Engineering is an owners rep specializing in mechanical engineering oversight, data engineering/strategy, and digital (smart) buildings that embraces technology. The days of clipboards and binders are gone; the days of IoT and ML are just beginning. We use technology to enhance all aspects of building health, from commissioning to end-of-life replacement. And, while our experience spans over 25 years of design, peer-review, commissioning, and facilities operation, we continue to seek innovative approaches to each.
