- Support the annual deal and rate review process through review of client agreements, coordination with Partners and CAMs, updates to pricing records and communication with billing and collections.
- Assist in developing alternative fee arrangements (AFAs) based on defined matter scope; recommend matter structures to improve tracking and financial transparency.
- Monitor assigned matters for budget-to-actual performance and identify and communicate potential risks or variances to Partners, CAMs, and Pricing leadership.
- Conduct post-matter financial analysis utilizing historical data to support future pricing decisions and improve financial outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of pricing templates, tools, and process improvements to increase team efficiency and consistency.
- Oversee the intake of pricing requests, assess scope and urgency, and coordinate assignment of requests to appropriate team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Undergraduate Degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business preferred.
- 2-5 years’ experience within Professional Services or a similarly analytical environment requiring financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly advanced Excel capabilities.
- Prior law firm experience is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting pricing, budgeting or financial planning processes preferred.
- Effective communicator with the ability to present financial information clearly to attorneys and business professionals.

- Ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities and deliver accurate work under deadlines.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and sound judgment under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated client-service mindset with focus on balancing responsiveness and financial discipline.
