Salary: $70,000–$95,000
Location: Boston, MA (3–4 days onsite)
CFS is hiring a detail-oriented Senior Property Accountant with residential real estate experience.
Job Description
- The Senior Property Accountant will manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties
- This Senior Property Accountant will handle month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
- Collaborate with property managers and internal teams to ensure accuracy
- Analyze financial variances and support budgeting processes as a Senior Property Accountant
- Assist with audits and improve reporting workflows
- This is a strong opportunity for a growth-focused Senior Property Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–5+ years of property accounting experience
- Residential real estate experience required
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
- Experience with month-end close and reconciliations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
