- Fitness floor operations, including monthly schedules, substitutions, and floor shifts when necessary. Also includes training new floor staff.
- Communicates with members and participates in member engagement opportunities.
- Plans and facilitates personal training and small group training sessions.
- Provides general maintenance to equipment, keeps the health and wellness and work areas clean, organized and safe.
- Knows and understands safety and injury prevention guidelines and takes personal responsibility for the safety of all individuals utilizing the health and wellness center.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Current nationally recognized Personal Training Certification. Certification(s) must be kept current through continuing education and renewal.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification and maintain current certification thereafter.
