Job Description
In this Building and Construction Superintendent in Buffalo, NY role you will:
- Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff to maintain project quality and safety.
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to all regulations.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize project delays.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs and reports.
