Duties
This position assists the project manager with delivering turf construction projects on time and on budget. The successful candidate will be highly organized and motivated to deliver a superior customer experience. Main responsibilities will include creation of submittals, scheduling of material deliveries, coordinating with installation crews and subcontractors and assisting with close out materials.

Essential Duties
- Creates submittals for customers
- Issue notice of award to vendors and subcontractors
- Manage and report on changes to project schedules
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure site is ready for installation crew
- Provides general support to Project Managers
- Bachelors degree in a technical field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a team environment
- Organized, structured, methodical, and disciplined work habits
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Should be proficient in MS Office 365
- Experience with Netsuite, Procore, or similar project accounting system
